Projected consisted of 100,000 square feet plus 15,000 square feet of roof top patio. 4 story wood framed, structural steel, and masonry construction. Located in a high seismic region, the lateral design of this building utilized a combined lateral system of special reinforced masonry and wood framed shear walls. GLR was responsible for the overall design, detailing and production of construction documents and providing construction administration services.
