Setai Hotel
GLR provided structural design for a new 8,500 SF retractable roof to provide shade for an existing courtyard at the Setai Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. We worked to come up with a creative design that incorporates 65 foot structural steel spans and the existing structure was evaluated to ensure it could support the new retractable roof.
