River Street Lofts is located in downtown Boise at the intersection of River and 15th Streets. There are two 3 story buildings which will be constructed out of insulated concrete form (ICF) walls supporting wood floor and roof framing. GLR is providing structural engineering services on these new condos with Energreen Development Co. and Hummel Architects.
